Quick & Easy Beachy Waves!

I almost cannot believe that I am posting a curling tutorial because up until recently the only thing I knew how to do with mine was to let it air dry or straighten it with a flat iron. Having said that though, if I can do it so can you! This is a super simple and quick way to get those beachy waves! Here is the link to all the products that are easily available on Amazon and there are additional savings on some if you use the subscribe and save feature.

I prefer a curling wand to the curling iron although I believe the same result can be attained regardless of your tool of choice. I have used the Bedhead 1″ curling wand in this video. It is so great for the price point too. While there are several others that may work well this one is definitely my current favorite! I like to spray my hair with a heat tamer just so I feel better about the steps I am taking to protect my hair. I have used the Loreal Heat Tamer in this video and love the way it smells. Another one I love and need to reorder is this one also by Loreal. My hair is really always trying to lose the curl so I have to finish off with the holding spray and even then it maybe lasts a day and half but I have had the most luck with this Argan Oil medium hold spray. Last but not the least, I also like to tame some of the ends with just a little bit of smoothing argan oil. I grew up with my mom always telling me how great it is to oil your hair on a regular basis and I am nowhere close to taking care of it the way I did then but I try to keep it clean and healthy and product free for a majority of the time. I have had a lot of people ask me how I get my beachy waves to look the way they do, so here is the video to walk you through that!

The more I do it the easier it gets. It takes me about 10-12 min even though the video is longer only because I am talking through the process.  Let us know what you think of it and if you have any questions just leave us a comment below and we would be happy to answer them for you!
