So, I posted a few days ago about this awesome off shoulder sweater from Abercrombie. It finally arrived and I wore it to date night with the hubby. It is legit baby soft and super comfy!! I have started to stalk the Abercrombie store for sweaters because each one I have from there is just so snuggly soft. I figured I would share my love for this sweater with you and hopefully help you out with another outfit you can use for Thanksgiving gatherings! (**this article may contain some affiliate links**)
While this outfit was great for a laid back date night out this off the shoulder sweater is really super comfortable for lounging in or wearing for your thanksgiving or friends-giving dinners. Abercrombie has a 50% off select items and this is one of those included in the sale for today’s online exclusive! They only have the large left in burgundy but they do have it in 2 other colors. I am wearing a small and thought it was true to size.
The jeans are from Stitch Fix but you can find them at Nordstrom and are just really flattering. They fit right in all the places that they should and are super comfy as well. I also like these Wit and Wisdom ones but they do run slightly large, so if you are in between sizes remember to size down.
The outfit is so easy to dress up or dress down and that is probably what I love about it the most. I skipped the necklace and let the earrings be my only bling.
TThese are similar to the ones I am wearing and Baublebar is running a 30% off all Holiday and Gift sets with Code YAY30! I could not find the exact ones that I am wearing and linked up the one up above and this one that is at a lower price point. It is available at Target and has the same color palette but a different shape. If you wanted to keep it slightly more understated you could have it be more casual with these Kate Spade studs that I love and a pair of converse or comfy Uggs instead. Since we were sans kids I wore my Steve Madden suede boots with a little bit of a heel.
It was an awesome evening and for a change I was able to introduce the hubs to my current favorite sushi restaurant. We each went off book and each tried something new and he loved this new spot! It was a winner of a night with great food and awesome company!
